Send from your own address
Pick your own address as the sender when you write to a client. The message goes out from your mailbox and is kept on the record, with who sent it and when.
- Your address as the From, next to the system’s
- The message sits in your own Sent folder
- A failed send is never quietly sent from the shared address instead
Replies on the record
The Inbox and Sent folders of every connected mailbox are read, and what involves a client, contact or lead is filed on their record.
- Replies, and email written in your own mail app, are both picked up
- Every few minutes — not instant
- Off until an administrator switches it on
Google Workspace
For teams on Google Workspace: connect a work mailbox and send from it.
- Google Workspace accounts only — no personal @gmail.com address
- What you send stays in your Gmail Sent folder
- Optional: read only mail under a Gmail label you choose
Microsoft 365
For teams on Microsoft 365: connect a work or school mailbox and send from it.
- Work or school accounts — not Outlook.com or Hotmail
- What you send stays in your Sent Items
- A custom Reply-To address and the unsubscribe header both go through
Zoho Mail
For teams on Zoho Mail: connect a mailbox and send from it.
- Every mailbox in the one Zoho data center (Canada unless set otherwise)
- What you send stays in your Zoho Sent folder
- No custom Reply-To address or unsubscribe header
You stay in control
We register the connection for you; each person then connects their own mailbox. Only permission to read and send is asked for — nothing is deleted or changed.
- Nobody can connect somebody else’s mailbox
- By default only messages with somebody already in Aduvio are logged
- Tell your team before reading is switched on
